Cabbage Recipe Ingredients
Middle Size Half Cabbage
200 grams Ground Beef
2 Chopped Onions
2 Chopped Garlics
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
4 Tablespoons Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Half Cup (100 ml) Olive Oil
2 Cups (400 ml) Boiling Water
Preparation of the Cabbage Dish
Cut a medium cabbage in half.
Chop half of the cabbage into small slices.
Pour half a glass (100 ml) of olive oil into a pot.
Add 200 grams of ground beef to olive oil.
Saute the ground beef well.
Add 2 chopped onions.
Saute the onions.
Add 2 chopped garlics and saute the garlics.
Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
Add 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Mix the ingredients well.
Add the chopped cabbage to the pot.
Mix the cabbages well.
Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
Add 2 cups(400 ml) of boiling water.
Cook the cabbages for 30-35 minutes on low heat.
You dish is ready when the cabbage is soft.
Serve the Kapuska dish hot.
You can consume yogurt or pickles with your meal.
