How to Make Marble Cake?
Make sure all your cake ingredients are at room temperature before preparing a marble cake.
You will definitely have to wait for a while for the ingredients you take out of the refrigerator to reach room temperature.
Having your ingredients at room temperature will allow your cake to rise well.
Start by whisking the eggs with sugar.
Then add the room temperature milk.
Then add your oil and continue mixing.
Add the flour at this point.
Add a packet of vanilla.
Add a packet of baking powder.
Add the half orange zest.
Whisk the ingredients well.
Place a piece of greaseproof paper on your cake mold.
Pour the cake mixture you have prepared into your cake mold.
Pour a tablespoon of cocoa into the other half of your cake mixture and mix.
Add a tablespoon of milk and mix.
Pour the cocoa mixture you have prepared into your cake mold.
Stir the cake mixture with a spoon to give it a marble look.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
You can check that your cake is cooked by inserting a wooden skewer into the middle of the cake. If the wooden stick is not wet, inside of the cake is cooked well.
After your cake is baked, let it cool for 20 minutes. The cake will slice more easily as it cools.
Serve your cake warm.
If you wish, you can also pour chocolate sauce on it.
Bon appetit.
