Sardines Ingredients
1 kg Cleaned Sardines
1 Big Sliced Onion
Quarter Bunch of Parsley
1 Lemon Slices
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Cup (200 ml) Water
How to Make Sardines Stew?
Place 1 sliced onion in a pot.
Add 1 kg cleaned sardines on the onions.
Add 1 sliced lemon without white parts.
Add quarter bunch of parsley.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add 1 cup (200 ml) water.
Boil the sardines about 30-35 minutes on the medium heat.
Serve the sardines stew hot.
