How to Store Tomato ?

The coldness of the refrigerator will prevent further ripening of the tometoes and will extend the life of the tomatoes for a few more days. If you are going to store the tomato puree in the refrigerator, after peeling the skins of the tomatoes, pass them through the food processor and puree. You can put the tomato puree in a freezer bag, or if you want to use it in small portions, you can pour it into an ice tray and put it in the freezer.

Tomato Soup Ingredients
100 grams of Vermicelli
1 Liter of Boiling Water
1 Tablespoon of Butter
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
100 ml Tomato Sauce
How To Make Tomato Soup ?
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pot.
Add two tablespoons of olive oil in the pot.
Add one tablespoon of tomato paste.
Add one hundred ml tomato sauce.
Stir all the ingredients well.
Pour one liter boiling water into the pot. You can also use vegetable broth, chicken broth or bone broth for making tomato soup.
Add one hundred grams of vermicelli.
Boil tomato soup with vermicelli about fifteen minutes.
Serve the tomato soup hot.
You can sprinkle black pepper, dried mint or red peppers flakes on the tomato soup optinally.
