Anchovy Recipe Ingredients
1 kilogram of Cleaned Anchovies
2 Sliced Onions
1 Lemon Slices without White Parts
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Quarter Bunch of Chopped Parsley
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
5 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Water (200 ml)
How to Make Anchovy Food ?
Put two sliced onions in a pot.
Place one kilogram cleaned anchovies on the sliced onions.
Add sliced lemons without white parts on the fishes.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Add five tablespoons of tomato sauce.
Add quarter bunch of chopped parsley.
Pour four tablespoons of olive oil.
Pour one cup (two hundred) milimeter water.
Cook the anchovy fishes about thirty five minutes on medium heat.
Serve the anchovy meal hot.
