How to cook Chickpeas?

And with the help of a strainer, the excess water is well drained. After the chickpeas are soaked, you can boil them for a while until they soften. During boiling, you need to remove the sediments that accumulate on the boiling water. Chick Pea Ingredients
1,5 Cups of White Baldo Rice (300 ml)
1 Cup of Boiled Chickpeas
5 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Cups of Boiling Water (400 ml)
How do you Cook Chickpea Rice?
Soak one and a half cup (three hundred mililiter) white rice about one hour.
Wash and drain the soaked white rice well.
Add one tablespoon of butter into a hot deep pan.
Add five tablespoons of liquid oil into this pan.
Add washed white baldo rice into the pan.
Roast the baldo rice until it becomes transparent.
Add one and a half cup (three hundred mililiter) of boiling water.
Add one cup (two hundred mililiter) boiled chickpeas into the pan.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Cook the white baldo rices about ten minutes.
Make sure that all rices absorb all their water.
Serve the rice with chickpeas hot.
