How to Cook Mushroom?
Mushrooms, which add color to pasta recipes with both its taste and appearance, and one of the indispensable ingredients of chicken dishes and meat dishes, can be both sauteed and consumed alone, or baked and eaten as a side dish alongside various meat dishes. Although it may seem easy to cook mushrooms, it is necessary to pay attention to some basic cooking problems, such as releasing water when it is overcooked and losing its structure, and remaining raw when undercooked. It is worth remembering that before you start cooking the mushrooms, the mushrooms should not be washed. First of all, mushrooms turn black when washed and their taste deteriorates. When mushrooms are washed, they collect their water and dirt. For these reasons, you can wipe the outside of the mushroom with a wet cloth or peel off the outer shell with a knife. You can cut the peeled mushrooms on a clean board. In addition, if you wait for a while after cutting the mushrooms, your mushrooms may turn black. Therefore, if you cook the mushrooms immediately after cutting, you will not have any blackening problems. So what about how to saute mushrooms? Before sauting the mushrooms, be sure to add oil to a non-stick pan. It is recommended to cook the mushrooms over low or medium heat, stirring constantly without crushing them. You need to make the mushrooms release and withdraw their water quickly. Do not overcook your mushrooms because mushrooms lose their form when overcooked.

Therefore, mushrooms should be consumed which are produced under suitable conditions to avoid poisonous mushrooms and hazards.

Fried Rice Ingredients
1 Cup of White Baldo Rice (200 ml)
Half kg of Mushrooms
5 Tablespoons of Sunflower Oil or Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Nearly 1,5 Cups of Boiling Water (300 ml)
How to Make Mushroom Fried Rice?
Soak one cup white baldo rice for one hour.
Wash the white baldo rice and drain well.
Peel half kilogram mushrooms.
Slice the mushrooms well.
Add one tablespoon of butter into a deep hot pan.
Add five tablespoons of sun flower oil or olive oil into the pan.
Add sliced mushrooms into the pan.
Roast sliced mushrooms.
Add soaked and washed white baldo rice into the pan.
Roast the baldo rice until the rice becomes transparent.
Add nearly one and a half cup (three hundred mililiter) boiling water.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Cook the white baldo rice about ten minutes.
Rices must absorb all their water.
Serve the mushroom rice hot.
