Stuffed Jerusalem Artichoke Ingredients
4 Fresh Artichokes
1 Cup (200 ml) Washed White Baldo Rice
6 Chopped Fresh Onions
Half Bunch of Chopped Dill
Juice of 1 Lemon
10 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
2 Teaspoons of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
How to Make Artichoke Dish?
Wash one cup (two hundred mililiter) white rice with plenty of water.
Add one cup (two hundred mililiter) washed rice in a deep bowl.
Add half bunch of chopped dill.
Add six chopped fresh onions.
Add ten tablespoons of olive oil.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Add one teaspoon of black pepper.
Squeeze juice of one lemon.
Pour your lemon juice into the water that you put in another bowl.
Take the outer leaves of the artichokes.
Cut the stems of the artichokes.
Clean the middle part of the artichokes with the help of a spoon.
Put the cleaned artichokes into the lemon juice water in order not to darken.
Fill the artichokes with stuffing that you prepared before.
Put the stuffed artichokes in a deep pot.
Pour two or three tablespoons of olive oil on the stuffed artichokes.
Sprinkle one teaspoon of salt on the stuffed artichokes.
Pour three cups (six hundred mililiters) of boiling water into this deep pot.
Close the lid of the pot and cook for fourty five minutes until rices become soft.
Serve the stuffed artichokes hot.
