6 Artichokes
1 Lemon
Quarter Bunch of Chopped Dills
1 Chopped Onion
2 Chopped Garlics
10 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Water (200 ml)
How to Cook Artichoke?
Pour some water in a deep bowl.
Add juice of one lemon into this bowl which has water inside.
Remove the outer parts of the artichokes.
Chop the cleaned artichoke hearts into four parts.
And put the chopped artichoke hearts into the lemon water in order not to darken.
Put the chopped artichokes into a deep pot.
Add one chopped onion.
Add two chopped garlics.
Add ten tablespoons of olive oil.
Add half cup of (one hundred mililiter) water.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
Cook the artichoke dish on medium heat totally for twenty five minutes after boiling.
Add quarter bunch of chopped dills when it is cooking.
Add additional half cup of (one hundred mililiter) water.
Taste the artichokes.
When the artichokes are soft, your dish is ready.
