Soup Recipe Ingredients
5 Tablespoons of White Baldo Rice
5 Cups of Water (1000 ml)
1 Tablespoon of Wheat Flour
1,5 Cups of Yogurt (300 ml)
1 Tablespoon of Butter
1 Dessert spoon of Dried Mint
How to Make Yogurt Soup?
Wash five tablespoons of white baldo rice well.
Pour five cups of (one thousand mililiter) water into a deep pot.
Add the washed baldo rice into the water.
Boil the rice until rice becomes soft about twenty minutes.
While rices are boiled, additional water can be added.
Add one and a half cup (three hundred mililiter) yogurt into another bowl.
Add one tablespoon of wheat flour into the yogurt.
Mix the yogurt and flour well.
Add half cup of (one hundred mililiter) water into the yogurt mixture.
Take some water from the boiling pot to the yogurt mixture and mix the yogurt mixture well.
And pour the yogurt mixture to the boiling rice.
Cook the yogurt soup four or five minutes more.
Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan.
Add one dessert spoon of dried mint to the melted butter.
Add one teaspoon of salt to the yogurt mixture.
Add butter sauce into the yogurt soup and mix well.
Serve the yogurt soup hot.
