6 Zucchinis
4 Middle Size Onions
20-25 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup of Tomato Sauce
Some Chopped Fresh Mint
Some Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon of Salt
Half Cup of Water
Best Way To Cook Zucchini
Firstly wash the zucchinis well.
And peel all the zucchinis.
Slice the peeled zucchinis.
Take the sliced zucchinis into a deep pot.
Add some onions and garlics into the pot.
Add one cup of tomato sauce into the pot.
Add some chopped fresh mint.
Add some olive oil.
Add one teaspoon of salt.
And lastly add half cup of water.
Close the lid of the pot and start cooking the zucchini dish.
Cook the zucchini dish about thirty minutes.
When zucchinis get soft, your dish is ready.
