What are the Strawberry Recipes?
Strawberry, which fascinates everyone with its color and taste, can be said to be a must for some desserts. Besides, the health benefits of this wonderful summer fruit are countless. Strawberry is sometimes used as a delicious cheesecake ingredient, sometimes as in a nice strawberry parfait. And sometimes it is consumed plain with just a little bit of powdered sugar. So, which desserts can we make with strawberries which is different from the flavors that we have mentioned? If you want, let's look for an answer to our question together. Perhaps one of the most delicious strawberry dessert recipes is strawberry tart. Contrary to popular belief, strawberry tart is very easy to make. We start by melting approximately two hundred and fifty grams of margarine, which we will use in the tart, in a deep bowl. Then we add two glasses of milk and three tablespoons of granulated sugar and then mix it well with the help of a mixer. In the meantime, add two eggs to the mixture and continue mixing. We are slowly adding two glasses of flour and half a teaspoon of baking soda that we have sifted together in another place to our mixture. Then we pour this dough mixture into a greased tart mold. We bake our dough mixture in a preheated oven at one hundred and eighty degrees. After our tart is cooked, we take it to rest at room temperature to cool down. Then we start to prepare the cream of our strawberry tart. We cook two tablespoons of flour, one egg, two glasses of milk, three tablespoons of granulated sugar, a packet of vanilla powder in a deep saucepan over medium heat until it gets a pudding consistency. Two minutes before taking it off the stove, we add a teaspoon of margarine and mix it. When our tart dough has cooled, we fill the space in the middle with the cream that we have prepared. We decorate the top of our tart with a suitable amount of fresh strawberries that we sliced lenghtwise. Well, isn't there an easier dessert we can make with strawberries? Of course there is. Here is the strawberry semolina dessert. To make the strawberry semolina dessert, cook one liter of milk, one hundred and fourty grams of granulated sugar, one hundred and ten grams of semolina and a pack of vanilla powder in a deep saucepan, stirring constantly over low heat until it thickens. Then, we puree our washed strawberries, which we have separated from their stems, with the help of a blender. Take our strawberry puree in a separate bowl and add a tablespoon of coconut powder to it. When the consistency of the semolina dessert starts to thicken, we take it off the stove. After the semolina dessert has cooled down a bit, we add the strawberry puree to the semolina dessert. And we mix it well. At this stage, we divide the strawberry semolina dessert into serving bowls and keep it in the fridge for at least one hour so that the desserts cool down. Finally, we place strawberry slices on our cold semolina desserts and serve. Enjoy your meal!

Easy Strawberry Jam Ingredients
4 Kg Fresh Strawberries (3 Kg when they are cleaned)
2,25 Kg Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Butter
Juice of 1 Lemon
How to Make Strawberry Jam?
Put four kilogram of fresh strawberries into a deep bowl.
Cut off the stems of strawberries.
Cut the strawberries into two or three pieces if they are so big.
Four kilogram of fresh strawberries will be three kilogram after cleaning.
Wash and drain the strawberries well.
Put the drained strawberries into a deep pot.
Pour 2,25 kilogram of granulated sugar on the strawberries.
Leave strawberries in granulated sugar, in the closed pot at room temperature for one night (at least eight hours) if possible to release their water.
When the fresh strawberries release their water, start cooking.
Add one teaspoon of butter.
Remove the foam of the strawberry jam.
Cook the strawberries maximum twenty or thirty minutes.
Add juice of one lemon to the strawberry jam.
If the consistency is not too runny, the strawberry jam is ready.
Put the strawberry jam into the glass jars when it is hot.
Cool the jam at the room temperature.
When the jam gets cool, put it into the refrigerator.
