The peach, which makes a feast of taste in our kitchens with both its smell and taste during the summer months, has a very special place for all of us. How about getting to know the peach, which is one step ahead with its health benefits and is the subject of many different recipes? Although there are many different recipes which are made with peach, the two recipes that we will give you are different with their easy preparation. Since it is summer, the homemade peach ice cream recipe will be your savior if you are bored with other classic ice cream recipes. You can easily prepare our ice cream recipe that we will give you at home with very simple ingredients. We start our ice cream recipe by putting four glasses of milk in a saucepan and letting it boil over low heat for ten minutes. We cool the milk cream, which is formed as a result of boiling the milk, by putting it in the freezer section of the refrigerator. Add seventy five grams of granulated sugar into the warmed milk and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Meanwhile, add one teaspoon of vanilla extract, if you can find vanilla extract, but if you could not find vanilla extract, add a packet of vanilla powder to the milk and mix. When the milk comes to the boiling point, we take the milk from the stove. In another bowl, mix three egg yolks and seventy five grams of granulated sugar with the help of a mixer until the mixture is smooth. We add the milk mixture that we have prepared to the egg mixture little by little so that the eggs are not cut, and we mix it quickly. When the egg mixture is warm, add all the remaining milk and continue mixing. Then we put the mixture that we have on the stove and let it boil over medium heat. After this process, we take the mixture from the stove and place it on another container which is filled with cold water in order to cool it. We need to mix it to let it cool quickly. When our milky mixture cools down, add the cream that we kept in the refrigerator before and mix it well until it thickens. Also add a grated lemon peel to this mixture. Finally, pour this mixture into a glass bowl and smooth the top of the mixture with the help of a spatula. After straightening, put it in the freezer. Take your ice cream, which you have cooled for four to six hours in the deep freezer, out of the freezer at regular intervals and mix it well with the help of a mixer. If your ice cream has thickened after four to six hours, you can take it into serving bowls with the help of an ice cream scoop. In the meantime, you can add fresh peach slices to your ice cream and enjoy it. On the other hand peach compote has a very special place among healthy peach recipes. The ingredients that you need to prepare peach compote at home are peaches, granulated sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks and some water. To prepare the peach compote, we first wash the six peaches with plenty of water and then peel them. Then remove the seeds and slice them nicely. We mix eight glasses of water and two glasses of granulated sugar in a deep saucepan with the help of a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then we put the sugar water in a deep pot, add three or four cloves and a stick of cinnamon and let it boil over low heat. When the mixture boils, we add the peach slices that we chopped before and cook it on low heat for about ten or fifteen minutes. After cooking, we remove the cloves and cinnamon sticks from the pot. Leave the compote at the room temperature to cool. And after cooling enough put it in the refrigerator and cool it more. After the cooling process is finished in the refrigerator, we serve our peach compote in glasses with fruit slices. Bon appetit to everyone!
