Then we take the pears into a bowl which is filled with water, in which we previously squeezed lemon, so that they do not darken. Then we place the pears in a deep pot by laying them on their sides. Add a stick of cinnamon, three or four cloves, about one and a half glasses of granulated sugar and finally four glasses of water on our pears and let's start cooking the pears on medium heat. Let's cook our pears for about sixty minutes. Let's turn our pears every ten minutes. Thus, both sides of the pears will be cooked. After our pears are soft, let's take the cloves and cinnamon sticks from the pot. At this stage, boil the pear dessert syrup for about five more minutes. Let's pour our pear syrup on it after we put our cooked pears on appropriate serving plates. You can serve the pear dessert with ice cream. Enjoy your meal.

Pear Jam Ingredients
6-7 Pears (1 Kg When They are cleaned )
1,5 Cups Granulated Sugar ( 300 ml )
Juice of 2 Lemons
How to Make Pear Preserves?
Wash the pears well.
Peel the pears.
Chop one kilogram pears as cubes.
Put the chopped pears into a deep pot.
Pour one and a half cup (three hundred mililiters) granulated sugar on the chopped pears.
Leave chopped pears in granulated sugar, in a closed pot at room temperature for one night (at least eight hours) if possible to release their water.
Start cooking when pears releases their water.
Add juice of two lemons.
Cook the pear jam maximum thirty minutes after it boils.
Put the jam into the jars when it is still hot.
When the pear jams cool at room temperature, put them into the refrigerator.
