This recipe, which you will want to use frequently in your tea hours, is also very easy. We start our raisin cake recipe by whisking a glass of granulated sugar (one hundred and seventy grams), three eggs and a packet of vanilla powder in a deep bowl for about four minutes. Then we add a glass of milk (two hundred mililiters) and a glass oil (two hundred mililiters) and continue whisking. We add the mixture of two and a half glasses of flour (two hundred and fifty grams) and a packet of baking powder, which we sifted before, and ensure that the ingredients are thoroughly mixed without whisking too much. Finally, we mix our grapes with a tablespoon of flour in a separate bowl. The reason for this is to prevent the grapes from sinking to the bottom during cooking. Finally, after adding our floury grapes to the cake mix, we mix it a little. We grease our cake mold with a little oil so that our cake does not stick. We pour our cake mix into our greased cake mold. We bake in a preheated oven at one hundred and eighty degrees for about forty minutes. We do the toothpick test to see if the cake is cooked. After our raisin cake is baked, we let it rest for about half an hour at room temperature, and then we take it out of our cake mold. We divide our cake into slices and serve beautifully. Bon appetit to anyone who will try our raisin cake recipe!
