Fresh Green Olives (Fill the Five Liter Glass Jar)

4 Tablespoons of Rock Salt

1 Dessert Spoon of Lemon Salt

Water






How to Cure Green Olives?

Crack the green olives one by one which will fill the five liter glass jar.

Put the cracked green olives into a five liter jar.

Fill the glass jar completely with water.

Close the lid of the glass jar.

Change the bitter water once a day during one week.

After one week when the bitterness is gone, add four tablespoons of rock salt and one dessert spoon of lemon salt.

Fill the glass jar with water again.

After waiting two or three weeks, green olives will be edible.
