It should be mentioned that pickles have many health benefits. We often use pickled gherkins which is an indispensable accompaniment to dinners, while preparing hamburgers. Pickled Cornichons Ingredients
Some Fresh Gherkins
1 Tablespoon of Rock Salt
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Salt
1 Teaspoon of Granulated Sugar
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
Some Dried Chickpeas
Some Boiling Water
Preparation of Great Gherkins Pickles Recipe
Wash fresh gherkins well with plenty of water.
Pierce the washed gherkins with the help of a fork.
Firstly, put some dried chickpeas in a glass jar.
Then start to place the gherkins floor by floor.
Do not forget to put a few cloves of garlic into the jar when each floor is completed.
When the glass jar is filled with gherkins, add one tablespoon of rock salt into the jar.
Add one teaspoon of lemon salt.
Add one teaspoon of granulated sugar.
Add one hundred mililiters of vinegar.
Finally add enough boiling water to fill all the glass jar.
Close the lid of the glass jar.
Your gherkins pickles will be ready after waiting in a dark and cool place for fifteen days.
